over at BikingBis I learned that there was a donation that will aid the linkage of Pittsburgh to Cumberland
which would benefit me
as my inlaws are in Pittsburgh and I live in DC
the C&O Canal goes from Cumberland to DC

If the pressure max for an average car is around 30lbs and the pressure max for a bike tire is between 45 (mtb) and 100 (road), how would this work? Is it just the sheer volume and weight of the car that would displace its air into a bike tire?
