BWI is not as serious as DWI... the penalty should be different

imagine...

a man gets drunk
leaves the bar and gets on his bike
having had perhaps one too many he does not have an accurate perception of his speed
going faster than anticipated unable to respond in time the man loses control of his vehicle and plows into the curb where a crowd of people wait for the bus

what happens if that person is driving a car?
what happens if that person is riding a bicycle?

BWI is not as serious as DWI...
the penalty should be different

Oy. Different, to be sure. I think this is a pretty self-enforcing offense, as a general rule.

Not that I have any experience at all after enjoying far too many pitchers of James Brown Ale and finding my way back (eventually) from Bardo Rodeo, waybackwhen.

(And also, thank you for the new commenting options!)

Sometimes the penalties are the same: death. Sometime, however, the gods are with you.

No BWIs at the Bliss...guaranteed!

I'd suggest hill repeats.
