To be honest, I think these things are really cool for old people who are having a tough time getting around. Beats a wheelchair,or scooter thingy. Other than that, they are dumb. my 2 cents. Pigs on em' are without a doubt totally lame.
I dig them, for one reason: they make cops less mobile than when they're on a bike. No way those things will catch you on your metabolically-powerd vehicle, as long as there's a curb nearby, ha.
I'm for them only when they replace ICE-powered vehicles. Most people who have them, I'd wager, aren't the types to consider a bike a viable way to get around.
However, I feel they do NOT belong on multi-use trails or busy public sidewalks (maybe not on ANY sidewalks).

Policeofficers on these things? What's the advantage for them to ride on these things instead of a bike?
