This really looks like a Dutch bike. Do you know what brand it is (maybe Gazelle or Batavus)? This is typically a bike you would use in the city or for bike commuting. I always wonder about the bikes without a rearrack in America. That is so unpratical! How can you transport your childern, groceries and whatever is possible to move on it. Why would you want a bike like that (except for sports ofcourse, that's a differtent story).
