Very close. The building on the ten spot is the U.S. Treasury across the street (on the white house side nearest the pedicab in this shot). I forget what the PNC used to be. I think it says on the top in stone or on a plaque somewhere nearby.
Isn't the U.S. Treasury Building at 1500 Pennsylvania the image on the back of the $10 bill? Or did the Feds sell it off to a private company?
ah... that building is on the OLD ten dollar bill!
