Bicycle Taxis in Washington DC

there are more and more bicycle taxi cabs on the streets of downtown Washington DC

this may be a seasonal attraction
less tourists in the winter months
less desirable to be in the back of an open air slow moving cab in the cold months

but it is faster than walking
so... maybe it will be a year around industry
