Didg was diagnosed with Lyme
no symptoms
just a routine test pulled up a "red flag"
which had us run additional blood tests
even without symptoms it seemed like the way to play it
a month of antibiotics
no side effects
just the hassle of getting a dog to eat a pill that does not taste so good
no issue...
left over meat is used to hide the pills
although they are not hidden
Didg knows they are there
he does not fight to get them out
normally he eats them
but not always... if he can avoid the pill... he will
Lyme is no joke
my older son Dean had Lyme a few years back
which has up respecting the dangers more than ever
