Washington DC needs more BIKE RACKS... is that Danny the Boy's job?

there is never any place to park my bicycle

even when my kids lock their bikes up at school they have to scramble for a space

this is a simple thing to fix

if there is a shortage of bicycle racks... then put in bike racks

it seems Portland has a similar problem
