Good Friday would come into a close second... being a little more spooky and a lot more macabre

The Lamont Collective has been embracing Halloween full force for the last few years
in fact... it used to be only the 1700 Block of Lamont that closed off to traffic... now the 1800 block of Lamont is also car free on Halloween evening
