cold ride in the am...

this morning as much as I did not want to...
I went for a bike ride before work
it was cold and my body has been feeling sore
but inactivity is not the way to a healthy body
my body may be sore due to inactivity

I was slow... painfully slow... off the bike off season slow
it was cold and I was slow

but... at least I got out on the bike
