I tried to get a CaBi Bike yesterday... instead I walked where I was going...
ah...
the kinks have yet to be worked out of their system
they either need to meet the DEMAND with more racks at some stations
or
increase their effort to juggle bikes from full stations to vacant stations
hopefully they know that they have a problem
