I would love to see this happen in the DC Area
a few years ago NICA leaders came through
there was some interest
but no one took it and ran
I still think this is a good idea
maybe starting high school mountain bike clubs and mountain bike teams would be the logical start
all high schools should have bicycle clubs
kids should be riding bikes and learning how to fix bikes
