legs are tired.... I need to get on the bike more often... and... I need to get on the bike for longer durations

I do not Strava every ride or every hike
not every step needs to be linked to a GPS device
but I do like to see the effort and have the comparison to previous efforts
as well as friends' efforts 

but I know that I have done these routes faster

I am pushing an easier gear since I am just back on the bike after 8 weeks or so off the bike due to my elbow injury
