if you can not arrive to class or practice on time... then maybe you should not show up at all
late arrivals are disruptive
disruptive to the leaders of the group
disruptive to the other participants

I think I will pass it is a lot to manage both soccer and the kids race then racing on top of that... well... that may be more than I can get my head around
