I did not attend Grant's fifth grade promotion ceremony
it is complicated
but a simple alibi
lack of vacation... lack of money
this year was a good year for Grant
so proud
transitioned from the Rec Soccer team I coach to a Travel Soccer Team
developed a love for music with the Marimba and now the piano
was Captain Hook in the school musical and a major player in the Tempest at the Folger Theater
good stuff... so proud of him
proud enough that I allow him to play an excess of Grand Theft Auto
there is more that I am proud of
his maturity... his independence
his outspokenness
he is not an easy child to parent
but he is easy to be proud of
I am so proud of both my boys
they are so similar
they are so so different!
