Ticketing on the Capital Crescent Trail... Where can we ride? We are bullied on the streets... considered bullies on the bike path... where can we ride?

I do not disagree with there being some logic and reason when involving the bike on the multi-use trails or the road for that matter
things need to be safe for all users
but...
I think that the same effort could be better used to control car misbehavior
the cars are putting those around them at greater risk than the bike

penalize cars for DISTRACTED DRIVING!
make the roads safer for cyclists to ride on the road
then less cyclists will feel compelled to ride on the bike path
then also...
penalize all trail users for their infractions... just do not punish the cyclist
