adjacent to the Emery Heights Recreation Center is Emery Heights Park
this swath of land is neglected
the park is occupied by a "hang out" crowd
looks like there was once a pavilion there
maybe it burned down
trash everywhere
cluster of people that seem to be doing nothing but standing around in there
this land could have some exercise equipment or at least a path
what is the current status of this park?
what do the users of this park want\need?
yes... there is the beautiful Rec Center
but why let this land be under utilized?
