Harvey seems to have lived many lives... one time owner of Central Delivery... says he was hiring people to make deliveries on bicycle in DC as early as 1967 or so

Washingtonian Magazine did a piece on Harvey
unfortunately for me
I never knew Harvey well
saw him around Mount Pleasant
saw him around the city
but
we never interacted that much
had I known how cool he was
perhaps I would have approached him differently
RIP Harvey
may we all grow old and have many stories to tell...
and yes...
