I misunderstood... I misread things... I thought the Blurb Black Friday Sale was for ALL PURCHASES... this Blurb Deal was for the book creators... opppsss!!!

dang...
that is a bit of a SNAFU
I knew that the BLURB BOOKS would be expensive
with the way I curated this photo book story I thought I could make several BIG BOOKS
or
many more small books
I liked the Coffee Table Book Design I went for
the notion of smaller "best of" or "greatest hits" books is in the works
not here... not now... but in the future
Gwadzilla Presents - 20 Years of Bicycle Messengers in Washington DC
a Five Book Series available through Blurb Dot Com

mistakenly I thought that this Black Friday Sale was for All Blurb Purchases
it did work as a excellent deadline
to have the books finalized and ready for sale by Thanksgiving Weekend worked well
previously
I had wanted the Dead City Alleycat Weekend to be the deadline
but... it did not have the push\pull that the idea of a 50% Off Sale Had
alas no...
at least I saved a few bucks

for anyone wondering
this project is out of my pocket
this project has been expensive for me
I made great sacrifices to make this happen
you think the Blurb Books are expensive
the time to create such books is expensive
so... these photo books are photos only
there are no captions
there are no names or nicknames of each rider
there are no stories
there are no anecdotes
but...
there is room for such
ideally... I can get a grant or some other funding to expand these books with that informations
wish me luck with that
below is the exchange with Blurb when I learned that the book deal was for book creators not all Blurb purchases over Black Friday weekend
