when passing a cyclist the car driver should grant the cyclist their right to spacea minimum of three feet makes sense
if the car passes so close that the cyclist could reach out and touch the passing car... well... then that car is passing too close
the cars passing obnoxiously fast and obnoxiously close are either idiots or assholes
