if a driver is "at work" and they are involved in an accident
well... I think that their error may be worse than others
professional drivers should drive in a professional manner
sadly...
some of the worst drivers on the roads are on the roads more than other drivers
in some cases being intentionally aggressive towards pedestrians and cyclists
I know I have had altercations with bus drivers that did not relate to my actions
but clearly due to their feeling of cyclists on their routes
