ah... that was an interesting transition point for Adams Morgan... and for me as I was not college age and just discovering this part of town... I was the host\bouncer at Perry's one summer... that was fun! Perry's has survived the changes in the neighborhood managing to grow old gracefully while also maintaining a classic dc hipness... lots of DC history and fun in Perry's and of course Adam's Morgan as a whole
