everything is everything...
after fall then comes winter
stacks of leaves are foreshadowing of things to come
if the bike lanes are left dangrously filled with leaves
what will be done when it snows
too often...
the snow is pushed in the Bike Lanes
I fear...
so much of the infrastructure will be destroyed by the plows
there needs to be more attention to keeping Bike Lanes safe and clear
seasons change...
and
I hope that those that are in control of clearing the paths change
in years past... bike lanes and bike paths go uncleared
filled with snow
then eventually coated with ice
the cars get extra angry when a cyclist is in the road on a snowy day
no tolerance
no acceptance
no understanding
thus...
we turn to the system to do what is expected of them
there needs to be an investment in the infrastructure
CLEARING THE BIKE LANES NEEDS TO BE PART OF THE SYSTEM!!!
