Questions
and
Purchase a Flattened Penny
the Alleycat was well attended...
the Alleycat was well received...
I always want more racers
it always bums me out when someone says they are gonna be there
they they do not show
I spoke to many people just a few days prior who were claiming it was their plan to race
so much so... I PRINTED MORE MANIFESTS AND SPOKE CARDS!
yet they did not show...
FANTASTIC WEATHER!
a SPRING DAY flanked between two winter days
it was a blue bird day for sure...
people came out to hang
there were a few volunteers
but no real volunteers were needed
I really enjoyed sharing all of the history with the racers
the Surratt House!!!
then the questionable Emancipation Statue!!!
there were first timers
and there were
old timers
there was some teamwork
there was some fudging
I get it... it happens...
it is within the nature of the game
but...
when scoring the questions and people have the same answers...
but that is not really the answer
well...
I feel like I am teaching 3rd graders
copying the other person's name where it says NAME
ha...
played with Dario...
he had to leave early
had not put his name on the manifest
an immediate DQ
I cut him some slack
and
Johnny Yoe WON!!!
